How much does Serinity cost for a small business?
Plans start at ₹49 per employee per month for self-serve HRMS, with outsourced payroll starting at ₹129 per employee per month. Final pricing depends on your headcount, locations and modules — see Pricing or request a free quote for an exact number.
How long does it take to go live?
Most SMEs are live within 7 to 10 days, including migrating employee and salary data from spreadsheets and setting up PF/ESI/PT compliance for your entity and locations.
Is my employee and payroll data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based so only authorised users can view salary and personal information, and we follow the practices set out in our Privacy Policy.
Does Serinity handle PF, ESI and Professional Tax?
Yes. PF (EPF), ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund and TDS are built into the platform on every plan, and are filed on your behalf if you're on the Outsourced Payroll plan.
Can I switch from software-only to outsourced payroll later?
Yes — you can move between plans as your team's needs change, without re-implementing the platform or re-entering your data.
Do you support multiple office locations?
Yes. Serinity supports multi-location attendance, shift rosters, and statutory compliance mapped to each location's registrations.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No multi-year commitment is required to get a fair rate. Plans run monthly, with 30 days' notice to cancel.
What support do I get if something goes wrong during a payroll run?
Starter includes email support; Growth and Outsourced Payroll include priority phone and email support, with a dedicated payroll contact on the Outsourced Payroll plan.
